Co-Occurring Psychiatric and Substance Disorders Program (COPSD)
“My counselor helped me understand the underlying reasons behind my addiction. I now have the tools and resources to cope with my issues head on.”
For clients battling co-occurring psychiatric and substance use disorders, the COPSD program provides integrated treatment to promote mental health stabilization. The services provided to an individual address both psychiatric and substance use disorders and will be provided within established practice guidelines for this special population. COPSD services are available as part of either the residential or the outpatient programs. Services are provided in order to facilitate, empower, and ensure women receive all the assistance they need.
